Happy wedding planning!!! This is such an exciting time for you two, so just remember to enjoy each moment as it unfolds. You both are probably jumping for joy right now, as you've just begun the planning process. Everything is becoming real! I'm thrilled that you are interested in having me be apart of your big day. Hopefully I can be there to capture it all!
Below you're going to find information on the process, wedding packages, pricing, etc. If you are interested in moving forward, for your convenience, everything you need to do to officially book is done digitally at home.

The Process
Don't feel like our communication has to be cut off once the wedding is over! I know I've said it before, but I really mean it when I say that my couples become forever friends. I find myself to be a very personable person and love creating such amazing friendships! I am available for maternity, newborn, family, branding, etc. It is such an honor being hired for a wedding day but it is an even bigger honor getting to witness and be apart of multiple special occasions for you :)
Step Ten: You're married, we're bffs!
You live on cloud nine for a bit, and it's such an amazing feeling getting to see some of the highlights of your wedding day immediately. Because of that, I make sure to send you a preview gallery within one week of your wedding! You will receive your full gallery within eight (off-season) to twelve (busy season) weeks of your wedding. No longer than 90 days from your wedding. Your gallery includes a customized print shop where you can purchase prints, books, cards, and even make your own wedding album!
Step nine: Online Gallery
Yayyyy, you made it! All I want you to do on your wedding day is enjoy every moment. The reason we create a detailed photo timeline is to make day of seamless and stress free. I'm a very laid back/go with the flow type of photographer, so I ensure we leave enough wiggle room in between everything that way you do not feel rushed at all. Sit back, relax, enjoy, have some champagne, you married your best friend today!
Step EIght: the Wedding day
Ahhh, it is almost time! About six weeks out, I will send over a detailed questionnaire that will provide me with all of the information for your day. From there, I will create a photo based timeline that my team and I will carry with us your entire wedding day. All of this gets 100% confirmed with you about a week out so any last minute changes are included and no details are left out. Click here to see sample timelines.
step seven: You are Almost there!
I'm a very communicative person, so we will be in touch throughout your planning process. I am also available to answer any questions you may have while planning. I have quite the wedding planning story, so I promise I got you! You can absolutely reach out to me, I'm totally an advice giver.
step six: Planning
If you choose to add on an engagement session, I will get connected with you to figure out what time of year works best for you both. Typically I host session in the Spring and Fall, but this is all completely up to you! Your engagement session is meant to represent you two as a couple. Think about some of your favorite things, activities you like to do together, places you enjoy visiting. I do have a list of personal favorites if you are having a tough time deciding.
step five: Engagement session
Being able to schedule either a place to meet or a virtual zoom call allows us to get to know each other on a more personal level. The reason these consultations are so crucial is because it is SO important you connect with each vendor you hire! Once we set up a time for your consultation, I'll send over a detailed pricing guide that has all of the information we will be going over during our call so you can bring any additional questions to our meeting.
step four: Getting to Know you Questionnaire
Since I am an eco-friendly business, your entire experience is done online. Another plus side to this, it makes it even more convenient and easy for you! Once you decide to move forward, I will send along your customized proposal which will include your invoice and contract. Once you both sign your electronic contract, you will be directed to a payment page. From there, you can use any major credit card to pay your $1,000 non-refundable retainer. Once you pay your retainer, YOU ARE BOOKED!
step three: Making it official
Once you're officially booked, I will email over a super fun personalized questionnaire. You're not just another client, I don't even like that word. I prefer to say friends or couples, because all my couples become friends! So this questionnaire allows me to get to know you two on a more personal level. It has a wide range of questions about you two, what you like to do together, how you started dating/got engaged, what you do in your free time, etc. I always recommend grabbing your favorite drink and/or snack and take this time to reminisce together!
step two: consultation
To get more information, head over to my contact page to fill out an inquiry. Once you submit your inquiry, I will respond within 24-48 hours. I will send along some base information with times I have available so we can schedule a consultation either in person or virtually so we can meet!

Pricing
Below you are going to find three packages and what's included. Pricing is going to depend on how many hours you are looking for. These three packages below are the most popular options that past couples have booked, but there is an option for a customized hourly package. Couples typically spend around $5,000 on their package, but there are packages available for lower and higher. Aside from photographing many weddings, I am a 2021 bride, so I freaking get it! I highly recommend setting up a consultation with me, that way we can discuss your vision, what you're looking for photo wise and I can help you navigate how many hours of photography you need!
You will receive an online gallery of your edited images. From there you will be able to download, save, print and share them with all of your family and friends. Since you have printing rights, your online gallery is attached to a gallery store where you can easily order prints, books, albums, and so much more. Just a note: you are not required to print your images through your gallery site, but this site ensures that your images will be printed at a professional level. I cannot guarantee the quality of the photographs if they are printed from an outside source. To ensure your photographs look their very best, I recommend using your online gallery store for printing!

When you have two photographers, you have two sets of eyes. Since I take a more story telling approach to photography, I have my second photographer focusing on the details, guest interactions, etc. I'm focusing on you all day, so it's nice to have someone capturing the things happening around you. This way, when I put your gallery together, you have a full story from start to finish. Moments that slid past you so quickly, will be remembered forever. A second photographer typically stays up until the dancing portion of the evenings begins.

What's included?
You have full printing rights to your wedding images! This means you are able to download your images and print them however you choose. Just to reiterate, I cannot guarantee the quality of your photographs if you choose to print outside of your gallery.

Listen, I know how intense wedding planning can be. As a CO-VID bride with multiple postponements, I completely understand the stress of it all. Choosing your vendors is an intense task, and there are a ton of questions you may have before even figuring out what vendors would be best for you. Let me help you out by answering some frequently asked questions right off the bat.

do you work with budgets?
How does sustainability tie into your business?
I know, budgets are never fun to talk about. But, they're a real thing, and I am 100% here for you to be open about your budget. There are costs that come with running a business, while also financially creating a comfortable life for myself and my family. But, I want to hear what you're working with. While I do have standard set prices on packages, we can always look at your budget and see if there is a customized package we can create for you to receive everything you want in your photographer while remaining within your budget.
There are a variety of base packages I offer, but I also do customized packages. With that being said, weddings start at $4,195 and couples typically spend around $6,000. I know budgets can be tough, and I am here to say that I am 100% understanding. Please do not hesitate to talk with me about it!
Absolutely! Can I first say, I'm a total goofball and awkward is basically my middle name. Also, let me tell you, majority of my couples say this to me, and guess what? At the end of their session, they're smiling ear to ear, laughing hysterically saying, "wow that was so much fun that wasn't uncomfortable at all!!" I am more of a photojournalistic type of photographer, so rather than telling you how to stand and how to pose, I use a ton of fun prompts and games to make those awkward moments in front of the camera feel genuine and real. I take a ton of time getting to know you two beforehand, so during your engagement session and/or wedding day, we are basically already best friends and taking photos is just an excuse to be in the moment together, and forget everything else around you.
This one is tough to answer and the reason I say that is because, I do not limit the number of images I give you. I'm not the type of photographer that is going to limit the amount of photographs from YOUR day. Now, just to give you an average: you will receive around 50-100/hour. But again, it is really hard to put a number on it. As simple as it can get, you will get all of the good photographs.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO we GET?
I try my best to be earth conscious in my everyday life, so I wanted my business to be built around that. For starters, everything is done online, (paperwork, payment, delivery) that way resources, such as paper, aren't being wasted. You will receive a customized online portal where you will be able to access our emails and your documents such as your invoice, proposal, questionnaire, and contract. I also work with a printing lab that uses recycled paper and natural resources, for my clients that would like prints and albums, feel free to ask me about it!

When will we get our photos back?
To reduce a carbon footprint, you will receive your images through an online gallery. On your gallery, you are able to download and share your images. You also have access to the online store where you can purchase prints, frames, cards, etc. I do offer a sustainable option for printing. But, you do have the printing rights to your images and they can be professionally printed through your online gallery!
100% YES! Although I am based in the suburbs of Philadelphia, but am available to travel all over the world! I am a very adventurous person and have done a cross country road trip to and from the West Coast, and I have been many places. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you are from out of state, I am more than happy to travel!
My intention is to deliver you a gallery that you a literally OBSESSED with. I want to make sure everything is perfect! With that being said, your gallery will be delivered to you no longer than 12 weeks from your wedding day. BUT GOOD NEWS! Within the first week you will receive a sneak peek gallery of at least 50 photographs highlighting your day! That way you have something to cherish the day while you wait for your full gallery!
